After several wks and lots of emails Lokai refunded £7 whi h they said was shipping fee.i paid £14 99 for the order .wouldn't recommend this company at all .

I placed an order for throw on 5th January, despite me sending several emails, I still have not received it or email to tell me of any progress made .According to tracking it has been delivered but not to me .The customer service is useless , can't even get a refund.would not order anything from this firm. User's recommendation: No recommendation.
